Integrating MemberPress, WooCommerce and LearnDash

Integrating MemberPress, WooCommerce, and LearnDash through MemberPress WooCommerce Plus can streamline your sales process, increase your sales and revenues and provide a better user experience for your customers.

In this post we go over how to seamlessly integrate these platforms in two simple steps, so whenever a customer buys a membership product through WooCommerce, they will also be automatically enrolled in the relevant LearnDash courses.

Before you begin, please ensure that you have installed and activated the necessary plugins and add-ons:
MemberPress, WooCommerce, LearnDash, the MemberPress for LearnDash Add-on, which can be found in the LearnDash Add-Ons section, and also MemberPress WooCommerce Plus.

Please note that if you want to sell subscription-based memberships and courses you will also need the WooCommerce Subscriptions add-on.

MemberPress, WooCommerce & LearnDash Integration Process:

Follow these steps to complete the integration:

Step 1: Integrate MemberPress and LearnDash

Add a new MemberPress membership, scroll down to membership options section and go to the LearnDash tab, choose the relevant course and click Publish.

Step 2: Integrate MemberPress and WooCommerce

Go to Products, “Add New”, scroll down to the Product Data Meta Box and go to the MemberPress tab.

Activate the membership product, choose the relevant course membership/s, set the value and expiration date and publish.

That’s it!

Now all you need to do is to complete a successful payment and see that the customer is registered to the relevant MemberPress membership and LearnDash course.

To complete a test purchase, open the membership product in incognito and complete the payment process.

Then, go back to the website and make sure that the customer is assigned to the relevant MemberPress membership and that he is enrolled in the relevant LearnDash courses.
